Orders are processed and shipped within Singapore (international shipping may be added later).

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to third-party logistics.

4. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective.

with the reason for return, including clear product photos.

Approved returns will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Biolyraa is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by delivery providers.
